Small business accounting services – done right

Stop white-knuckling your way through tax season.

If you're ready to actually understand your business taxes and have a bookkeeping plan that runs without Googling at midnight, you need me. Period. Dot.

A woman with long hair using a laptop at a wooden desk near a window, with coffee mugs, a backpack, and a portable hard drive on the desk.

A woman wearing a peach-colored blouse with ruffled sleeves, holding a closed laptop or notebook, standing on a wooden floor indoors.

A CPA in your corner.
Year-round.

Maybe you've found yourself:

  • Putting off your bookkeeping for months because you want to "do it right," but the process feels overwhelming

  • Guessing at your profit because you don't totally trust your reports

  • Scrambling to update everything the night before you send documents to your tax preparer

Whatever you've been doing isn't getting your books organized or saving you money on taxes. It's still a hot mess.

Here's the truth: it doesn't have to be this way.

What’s the process look like?

    01 ‣ Initial Meeting

Phone call? Video meeting? Doesn't matter to me BUT all decision makers need to be at the meeting. Everyone needs to feel comfortable working together.

  • Illustration of a vintage computer with a large monitor, keyboard, and mouse, drawn in a minimalist outline style.

02 ‣ Onboarding and Project Set up

I'll have a new client form to fill out and a checklist of items/documents needed. You'll need to provide them.

  • Line drawing of pencil sharpener

    03 ‣ Werk it!

This is where the magic happens. I handle all the debits/credits and information input while you relax for a bit.

Yes, there will be follow up questions and requests for info, but the heavy lifting will be done by me.

  • Line drawing of envelopes

    04 ‣ Delivery

You'll get a completed tax return, plus all the good feelings of knowing your return is done and filed.

Receipts (the good kind)

Pick your package, and sleep better tonight.

Doing it right the first time costs less than paying to clean up the mess later. (Way less stressful, too.)

If you need help, send me the details on your business and we'll figure out which package fits.
